There are two types of people in this world- those who can live with clutter, and those who cannot. I am one of the “cannots.” Clutter drives me bananas! Absolutely bonkers. If you’ve been to the blog before, you probably got an inkling of this in this post, and this post, and this one, this one…and this one, too…. Obsess much? Nah. I just do.not.like.clutter. For as much as I don’t like clutter, I DO LIKE attractive and functional storage solutions. And with that, I share with you these 12 fabulous storage solutions to help you conquer clutter like a pro in no time!
Let’s take a look!
Clutter Conquering Storage Solutions
Up first, this awesome farmhouse sliding barn door cabinet. Display what you want to be seen by others, and hide the rest behind the barn doors! I love this! It is perfect for an entryway, a tv stand or behind a sofa to house kids’ toys. Love it! This would be perfect to organize video games, too- I cannot stand seeing wires all over the place. Decor Steals
This white metal barrister’s bookcase would make a perfect nightstand or end table, at just 24″ wide. I love the metal casters and glass doors! This would be perfect in a guest room, too. It could hold an extra set of sheets, a blanket, additional chargers, etc.
This MCM hutch is fantastic! It has open iron shelves to display your pretties, drawers to hide your clutter, AND it doubles as a desk! (See how it slides out? It’s awesome!) So cool…sometimes I wish I hadn’t gone totally farmhouse when we bought this house….
I think I actually need this! It’s a vintage “nurses station” replica that would have been used in an infirmary to hold medicines and bandages. I think it would be perfect in a bathroom to hold apothecary jars, bath towels and washcloths!
I am loving this modern industrial storage unit! It has open shelves and drawers, but also glass doors to help keep the dust off of your things. The ironwork is hand-hammered, so each piece is a little different. (The yellow chair is pretty excellent, too….)
This little barn door end table is such a cute cottage-y piece! I like that it is narrow and can be used just about anywhere. The shutter style door and rope pulls are great! It’s also a really nice, neutral shade of grey, too.
Technically, this cottage style bookcase is being sold as nursery furniture, but it’s available in 17 colors(!!!) and I think it would be perfect in just about any bedroom!

Filing cabinets have come a long way! This one is beautiful! There is no reason to live with paper clutter in a messy home office when you could have this stylish filing cabinet next to your desk.
This extra large reclaimed pine buffet would be perfect in a dining room or living room. With cabinets and drawers, there is plenty of storage! This would be great for serving dishes and platters because it is nice and deep.
When my kids were younger, I was a crazy coupon lady and because of that, we had TONS of snack food at all times. We had a farmhouse table and a bench similar to the one below that the kids sat on for meals, homework, game nights, etc. There was always someone sitting on that bench. It was YEARS before they realized they were sitting on a hidden treasure of snacks. I never did find another hiding spot as fantastic as that bench! These benches are great for hiding snacks and also for storing extra linens. 😉
Add a little Boho to your house with this awesome seagrass & wood corner storage unit. This would fit just about anywhere, include an awkward and normally unusable hallway area. This would be perfect to hold things like guest towels, candles, all of those little “things” that are so hard to find a home for. Best part? It’s already assembled. Yippee!
This media cabinet is made of birch and has a matte white finish with brass fixtures, making it a perfectly modern console! I love how fresh and white its clean lines are.
This solid wood entry bench is available in 4 colors and has a hinged lid for storage. I think this would be PERFECT for shoes! Toss them in and they are out of sight. This would make for very quick shoe clean up when unexpected visitors are spotted in the driveway….Amazon
Here is another awesome entryway bench that would be perfect for shoes! I looooove this color blue. It matches just about everything and adds a nice pop of color.
This last piece is a media center, but at just 14″ deep it would be perfect in an entryway, too. I love the feet and also the subtle chevron pattern in the inset doors and drawers.
So many options! I am seriously loving the vintage nurse’s station replica. I might just need that for our bathroom reno. Hopefully you will find storage solutions to fit your needs, too!
