I am in love with rose gold lately! Actually, not just rose gold, but all shades of pretty pinks and golds and all things girly. Maybe it’s after decades of preferring dark colors. Maybe it’s the after-effects of having daughters. Or maybe shades of pink are everywhere I look and I just can’t help it. Whatever the case may be, it ties in nicely to the second think I am in love with lately, and that is cocktails, which is definitely the result of drinking too much beer for too many years. This girl wants a cocktail! And let’s make sure it’s pretty.
Cocktails to Make Your Heart Happy
These Lady Rose cocktails are so pretty! I love these gold-rimmed glasses and think I need a set. Rose syrup and pink food coloring give this drink a pretty shade of delicious.
This Rosé slushy is perfect for summertime! It is made with frozen Rosé and Elderflower & Rose lemonade, which sounds absolutely heavenly. This is a great drink for warm weather days!
This drink is called The Pink Greyhound and is made with rosé flavored vodka and has a touch of grapefruit. I love citrusy drinks, so this would be perfect for me.
Every summer I wait for fresh watermelon to appear at the grocery store. It is so refreshing on a scorching day, it’s hard to believe it could get any better. And then I saw this recipe for Watermelon Rosé Margaritas and knew immediately that watermelon could be made better. I love the lime wedges, melon balls and peach slices as garnishes! Almost too pretty to drink. Almost.
If you like gin, this bubbly Blushing Bouquet Tom Collins is your new drink. It uses the same Elderflower & Rose lemonade as the slushy, but adds gin and Rosé Moscato.
We love mimosas on our Sunday morning boat rides around the lake, and these Rosé Raspberry Sorbet Mimosas are delightful with a scoop of raspberry sorbet! Add a rose gold stainless steel reusable straw and you have one awesome lazy morning drink.
These lavender rose spritzers would be amazing for an afternoon lunch in the garden with the girls! Fresh lavender and rose petals are the perfect accompaniment.
Aren’t all of these so perfectly pretty? I am dying to try the sorbet mimosa! Do you have any rose-inspired cocktails you love? Let me know in the comments- I’d love to try them all!

- I love these gorgeous gold-rimmed glasses, and I am totally regretting giving my daughter my gold bar cart for her apartment…
- This cocktail shaker and bar set is beautiful in rose gold!
- Too pink? That’s ok, because this gold bar set is bea.u.ti.ful!
- It’s time to ditch disposable straws, and with straws as pretty as these there will be no looking back.
- This post has made me realize I
wantneed to replace the gold bar cart I gave my daughter. I have the perfect place for it in our apartment, and since we entertain a lot it will definitely get put to use! There are so many to choose from- now to decide which one!
I’m a little partial to the three-tiered cart because it offers more storage space, but I love how modern the top two carts are!
