Instructions
Crust
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350f. Combine first three ingredients to make the graham cracker crust. Once combined, press into the bottom of a well-greased tart pan. Bake at 350f for 10-12 minutes, until the ingredients are baked into a firm crust. Let crust cool. (You can expedite the process by putting it in the freezer.)
Cream Cheese Spread
  1. Next, combine the five ingredients from the cream cheese to the almond extract. Whip until smooth and thoroughly combined. Evenly spread the cream cheese spread over the cooled crust.
Fruit Topping
  1. Add the cornstarch and cold water to a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Whisk until the cornstarch dissolves. Stir in sugar, lemon juice and salt until smooth and the mixture thickens. Remove from heat and stir in the berries until they are coated with the mixture. Let cool.
  2. Spoon chilled mixture over cream cheese spread right before serving. If making in advance, store berries in an air-tight container in the refrigerator until use. If there are leftovers, cover with plastic wrap and store in refrigerator up to 2 days.
