Sweet Corn, Black Bean and Feta Salsa
This corn salsa is so good you’ll make it over and over again! It is the perfect summer appetizer, using fresh corn right off the cob, and it makes a wonderful appetizer to make (or take!) when friends visit.

  1. Remove corn kernels from ears of corn.
  2. Rinse and drain black beans.
  3. Crumble Feta.
  4. Chop green onions.
Second
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Refrigerate 2+ hours. Stir before serving. Serve with tortilla chips or Fritos.
